Returns Policy

Returns can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. (This includes items that were purchased as a gift.) All returned items must have the Major Toys price tag/sticker and remain unopened in their original packaging. The original purchase receipt or a digital copy will also be required. You can opt to establish a customer profile with us that will store your digital receipts for you on our system. We recommend this for ease of use. Major Toys will not accept returns on opened items, damaged or broken items (damage includes the packaging), stuffed animals/plush toys, drinks, candy, and items sold as "clearance" that are commonly referred to as "MAJOR DEALS".


Returns on items will be offered as an exchange and/or store credit for up to the receipt value of the returned item(s), or a refund to your the payment method that you made your purchase with.


Credit card purchases can be refunded to the card that was used for the initial purchase. Items returned with a gift receipt will be good for exchange and/or store credit.


All store credits will be loaded onto a gift card unless gift card services are not available at the time of return. Store credit shall expire 1 year from the date of issuance.


Major Toys reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges that violate our returns policy.

All pre-orders are non-refundable except in instances where Major Toys is unable to provide the merchandise due to manufacturer allocations.  We will always consider store credits for pre-orders that are cancelled by the customer.  We want to meet and exceed all of your customer service expectations.  We must also reasonably act within the best interest of our business.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to process a return.


We will ship to most addresses located within the United States of America. Note that there are restrictions on some products, based on locality.  We do not ship internationally.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.  We do our best to keep costs down when shipping without sacrificing timeliness or care in packaging. We are dedicated to getting your order to you quickly, affordably, and well packaged.
